It is made using the Bilona method, a traditional process that preserves nutrients and purity. It involves fermenting the milk into a curd (yogurt), churning curd to separate the butter and the buttermilk. Then the butter is slowly heated on low flame separate the milk solids from the clarified butter (ghee).
